General:
The nozzle tips, as well as the nozzle body are designed according to flow technological aspects. The mass of the nozzle tips is distributed in a way, the direct thermal radiation will avoid a freezing of the zinc in the tip of the nozzle.

- Heat treatment: through hardened under vacuum
- Processing: we grind the sealing surface of the cone
